Dear Andrey, I hope you will be interested in my letter and help to your countrymate to return to home country. I met a russian man WHO is 71 years old. His name is Viktor Ivanovich Proxorov. He was born on March 1st in 1944. He lived in Novosibirsk ulitsa Nikitina dom 9, kv 4. He came to Tashkent in 1992. He lost all of his documents and therefore can not return to Russia. He lost all contacts with his relatives. He says he has a daughter Olga WHO was born in 1969. And he has two brothers Anatoliy WHO was born in 1942 and Yevgeniy WHO was born in 1949. As he said they live in Podolsk. We wrote a letter asking help to the administration of the Russian prezident. They sent our letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. We had an answer that we should apply to Russian Embassy in Tashkent. So we wrote a letter to them. We wrote that he lost all of his documents. they wrote us that we should come to the Embassy in order to apply and he must have the original and the copy version of documents which Show that he is a russian citizen. We lost our hope because he doesnot have any of them, and he does not have contacts with his relatives in Russia. You know we really want to help him to return to his country.
