Dear All,
I would like to ask a few questions about the program in May ( I think it was the middle of May, but maybe I am mistaken) which was devoted to help and donations to poor families with children whose parents misused that financial help.
I wonder whether there was a man Sergei Pchelintsev from Dzerzhinsk Nizhegorodskoi oblasti.
I am not sure but it seems that I saw him in this program.
If it is so then I have to say something very important about that person. If he was invited to this program then the team made a huge mistake.
